Effective November 2, 2016, customers can buy a new Martin Guitar at the Martin Guitar Factory! When you arrive, please inform the receptionist that you want to participate in the Buy From Factory Program. Let them know which guitar you want to purchase, and they will connect you with one from their on-site inventory. You'll be leaving the lobby with your new guitar in-hand (yay!). Martin wants to preserve & protect their valuable dealer network & they'll ask you which dealer you'd like to see credited with the sale. When you use the Martin program do you pay Martin or the dealer?

In this BFF program, you pay Martin. They are the seller, they set the price (MAP) and the price is non-negotiable. Please contact us for more information, thanks.
