Should Maury’s Music Return to In-Store Visits? Maury encountered some on-line discussion about guitar shops that sell on-line but have remained closed to the general public since the COVID shutdown. This happened just as Maury was already considering (the possibility of just maybe) making the changes necessary so that our customers near enough to Maury’s Music could visit the shop to play guitars in person.
However, this might impact other projects and services currently rendered, since there are only so many hours in the day. Which services currently offered at Maury’s Music would our customers and loyal listeners most wish Maury to maintain, we introduce in-store customer visitation. While we do expect to move into a beautiful new store front in the future, right now we would likely have to limit visits to a by-appointment only. How might our customers feel about that vs. being able to stroll in whenever they felt like it? What if this meant Maury would no longer have time to offer the weekly podcasts or YouTube shows?
