How To Order

We cannot sell to any customers outside the USA, regardless of which shipping destination you request. You must be a USA resident with a USA credit card or Paypal account to shop with us. We must ship to your verified USA billing address or confirmed USA Paypal address. We can't ship to an alternate address and email requests for exceptions won't receive a reply.

Order Online

For fastest service, order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using our secure shopping cart.
 
Most orders placed online before 3pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day!  Orders placed after 3pm will ship the next business day.

Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis with internet orders being processed first.

  • As you browse our website, simply add item(s) into your shopping cart you might be interested in purchasing.  Items can be easily removed at anytime by clicking on the "X" after the item you wish to remove.
  • Your shopping cart icon is located in the upper right hand side of the screen and may be viewed at any time.
  • Our weight-based shipping rates can be calculated anytime after an item is placed in your shopping cart by entering your zipcode below the items in your cart.  This enables you to see your shipping rate before you go through the whole checkout process.  See shipping information.
  • When you're finished shopping, review the items in your cart, make the necessary changes, and complete the ordering process.
  • You CAN order online and make an appointment to pick up your guitar at Maury's Music. Click HERE for all the details.
  • We use 256 bit SSL Encryption & Identity Protection to ensure your personal information is safe.

Please call (610) 871-1673.  We're happy to answer all of your questions by phone or e-mail before ordering via our website. We prefer that you use our website, where our fraud filters are in place to protect the buyer and seller from fraud.
 

Order by Mail

To ensure order accuracy, please place your order online and choose "check" as your payment option.  Write your order # on your check or money order and mail it to:

Due to banking policies, your order will ship 5 business days after your US check/money order clears to ensure checks are not returned to us for insufficient funds.  Please allow 10 business days after your payment clears for international checks/money orders.

Out of Stock Items

While we work very hard to keep our on-line inventory levels accurate, an item may occasionally slip by us. If this occurs, you will be notified by phone or e-mail immediately about the out of stock item. Please note:  We are closing our doors and if an item is out of stock, we will not be replenishing that product. We cannot backorder any items.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax for my online order?

  • Only if your billing or shipping address is in Pennsylvania.
  • As with any retail store, all orders picked up at our retail location will be charged 6% PA sales tax regardless of where you live (sorry, but that's the law).
