Likes: Good sound. After six year the mahogany has really grown on me. Nice tone. This guitar has always felt and sounded good to me.
Dislikes: For the price these sell for, I can't come up with one valid complaint.
Additional Comments: I recently made a substantial upgrade, which I don't regret one bit, but I'll always hang onto this guitar.

Likes: Just absolutely drop-dead gorgeous TONE. Beautiful to look at, too, in a plain-Jane way. Smells delicious. The thing is less than half the price of my next cheapest acoustic, but it literally sounds better than anything else I've ever owned. No exaggeration. The tone on this thing just has to be heard to be believed. And the upgrades to a bone nut & saddle and Gotoh vintage tuning machines are wonderful, as are the ebony bridge pins (nice touch). I love this guitar and would go insane if anything were to happen to it.
Dislikes: I would not apply the term "dislike" to any element of this guitar. Still, it would be great if M offered a version with a gloss finish and some binding. I don't mind the way this guitar looks one bit (it's beautiful, seriously), but it somehow feels a little naked without binding.
Additional Comments: If you haven't yet, you have just got to try a 15 series Martin. They are unlike any other guitars on this planet. I've wanted one for years and just couldn't resist any longer when they came out with the 15M guitars. Best money I've ever spent on any instrument. Love it.
