Likes: Great value - Martin's least expensive all solid wood small body
Remarkable sustain and usual warmth of a mahogany body
Vintage appointments (tuners, diamonds and squares, tortoise pickguard) look great
Bonus of bone nut and saddle at this price!
Dislikes: My first satin finish guitar - get ready for shiny areas to appear with use.
Additional Comments: This is my 3rd Martin ('69 D12-20, '08 HD-28V) and first one from Maury. Kudo's on the inspection and setup. I've had this a year plus and it still plays like a dream for both pick and fingerstyle. Got this as a "road warrior" and it has become my everyday workhorse.
Name: Andrew M Date: 2/26/13 Review: 000-15M Rating you give the Martin 00015M: 4 - Highly recommend it
Likes: Great all solid wood martin. Very thick woody tone. Great for blues, folk and country. Beautiful voice, really sings on blues licks higher on the fretboard.
Dislikes: It can be used for other styles of music, but sounds best in the ones above. Simple appointments are either a love it or hate it thing. If you use the pads of your fingers, string spacing might be a bit too close at the bridge.
Additional Comments: GREAT guitar!
