Like about the John Pearse gutiar strings: These 80/20 strings sound pretty good. They have an inherent crispness with good bass & projection.
Dislike about the John Pearse guitar strings: As with most JP medium gauge sets, these are a little stiff compared to some other brands. Not as stiff perhaps as a T-I Spectrum medium but noticeably stiffer than an EJ12.
Additional Comments: While Pearse makes a lousy Phosphor Bronze, they do quite nicely with their 80/20.
