Guitar Pickup installation charge

Charge for installation of 1 guitar pickup (pickup not included).  Guitar cannot be returned after this modification is made. 

Please include the guitar order # you wish to have a pickup installed in.  If pickup installation is for a guitar you already own, please write "customer provided guitar" in the box below.
