Blueridge BR-70T
Blueridge 14-Fret, Tenor guitar
All of our Blueridge BR70T Tenor guitars are brand new, factory-fresh & come with a Blueridge padded gig bag.
The Blueridge BR70 Tenor guitar is a reproduction of a classic O-sized tenor guitar that was prominent in the late 1920's. The tenor guitar was designed as an instrument that would allow the tenor banjoist to double on guitar. As the six-string guitar gradually replaced the banjo in the Big Bands, the 4 string tenor found it's way into Dixieland, Western Swing and country fiddle bands. Just like the classic original, this Blueridge BR-70T tenor guitar features a solid spruce top, laminated santos rosewood back and sides and a mahogany neck that joins the body at the 14th fret.
