Likes: Fattened up trebles for a noticeably more "bell like" tone.
Dislikes: Produced less 'woody', less articulate tone in bass register. This isn't a trade-off I'm willing to make, personally, but alot of people like these, so give 'em a try.
Additional Comments: On my Martin Ind. Rswd/Adi. dred, I found these actually colored the overall timbre quite a bit-- not a bad sound-- I just prefer D'Addario Phosphor Bronze.

Likes: crisp tone
Dislikes: Way to bright for my tastes. No bass response to speak of.
Additional Comments:Martin strings or D'addarrio's still the way to go. These strings will be cut and discarded.

Likes: Mediums play like lights. Minimum string noise. Wound strings provide great sustain and crispness.
Dislikes: Nothing comes to mind.
Additional Comments: These strings play nearly identical to the Newtone Master Class double wounds.

Like about the DR Sunbeam strings: A really nice-sounding phosphor bronze set offering good string life and balance tone. Just the right amount of bass and brightness for my my particular guitar (an older late 1940's era D-28).
Dislike about the DR Sunbeam strings: What is there to dislike?
Additional Comments: DR's medium designation is actually a .012 or light gauge. Like flatpicks, the mm is a more accurate spec than generalized sizings.
