2015 Reverend Charger 290 LE - Ghost Metallic Black
Great vintage tone that’s better than you remember. Loaded with Reverend’s CP90s, the Charger 290 LE is fantastic for both clean and distorted tones — twangy enough for country, but thick enough for rock. Each limited-edition model has a Bigsby B-50 that’s been loaded with Reverend’s own soft-touch spring. One exclusive, matching Souldier Strap comes with every one of the limited-edition models.
All of our Reverend Charger 290 LE guitars are brand new, factory-fresh, in unplayed condition, and come with Reverend's 1 year warranty. Reverend's unique serial # and the initials of their resident guitar tech who set up and inspected the guitar are found on the back of each headstock.

CP90 NECK PICKUP

A medium-light weight wood, highly prized for consistency and tonal qualities. Often found in boutique and vintage instruments. A highly resonant wood, Korina is a key factor in producing lively, responsive instruments that are rich in harmonics.
This passive bass roll-off is great for tightening up the low end, or re-voicing the pickups. It can make a humbucker sound like a single-coil, or give a P-90 that classic twang. Variable pickup voicing at your fingertips!
A thumbwheel under the tuner pushes a steel pin up through the post, locking the string in place for exceptional tuning stability and super-fast string changes. Also, the posts are custom height, eliminating the need for a second string tree.
Graphite reduces friction, allowing the strings to easily slide through the nut slots, improving tuning stability.
