All of our Martin DC-13E guitars are brand new, factory-fresh, come with a Martin softshell case and Martin Lifetime Warranty.
The DC-13E is the new for 2019 refresh of last year’s DCRSG, an affordable acoustic-electric Dreadnought model with a cutaway body and Martin’s High Performance Neck, now made in Martin’s new Style 13 with a full gloss body and upgraded electronics.
The gorgeous glossed Sitka spruce top has scalloped bracing and lovely grain of the mutenye back and sides is free of any toner, so the arresting natural color variation can be enjoyed. White binding frames the body nicely, and sets off the luminous mother-of-pearl pattern fingerboard markers and rosette inlays, which have multi-stripe borders that tie in with the eco-friendly bridge and fretboard made from eco-friendly FSC® Certified Richlite®. The hand rubbed finish on the neck feels oh so nice, just as the cutaway makes playing solos above the 14th fret easy-peazy.
The DC-13E sports the new Fishman® MX-T electronics package with a built-in soundhole tuner. It mutes the audio output so you tune up any time anywhere, without using a pedal. The low price of this highly successful Martin guitar includes a Premium Soft Shell Case so it is Road-ready from Day One of your lifelong musical collaboration. Also available Left-Handed.
