DC, I'm sorry you feel this way but our shopping cart won't allow you to submit an order until you verify that you've
read, understood and agreed to our terms. It's upsetting to see that you disregarded the entire policy, only to disagree with it publicly after the fact. Our policy is in line with many other online retailers. Among the details listed in our return policy are:
- Failure to read our policies does not exclude you from them and they are not negotiable after the sale. If you do not agree with our policies, we kindly ask that you do not place an order.
- Although we make every effort to process your return immediately upon receipt, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
- Free shipping is only for items you buy and keep. The outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund on any item that shipped for free and is returned (except guitars).
